Amazing staff and punctual clinic Amazing clinic, clean professional and kind staff

Just wish I could book more appointments in advance as I work full time and sometimes only being able to book appointments within 48 hours is not practical and I can’t leave it so late especially with Prep medication I need to have more flexibility to book appointments online

All staff very welcome, empathetic, willing to listen and address concerns. Very professional assessment and advice. Felt comfortable for the appointment. Always on time appointment. Never had to wait for long time.

Two appointments overlapped as the booking staff was unable to see exercise class on the system. Changing appointment means a longer wait so if booking staff are enabled to see all appointments it would be helpful for all.

The hospital experience was flawless and very efficient. I was kept up to date with what was going on with my treatment and surgical procedure at all time and the consultant and anaesthetist were very informative. They explained the procedure well to me and my family and out at ease. [name removed] [name removed] is outstanding and very professional as well as a person who has a human touch. He spoke to me in a very friendly and calm manner fully explaining the procedure and giving me confidence that I was in safe hands. He also made sure he came to see me off when I was going home later that evening summarising the procedure and explaining to me the aftercare involved. I am very thankful to [name removed] [name removed] and the entire Frimley park one day surgery unit.

You exceeded all my expectations and put me at ease as this was my very first time at Frimley Park Hospital. Maybe the parking situation could be better as it get busy. But I am hoping with the new development programme in place this will be taken into account and the cafeterias will become better. We also felt that the entrance to the main hospital is somewhat congested with so much going on volunteers standing to help, advertisement boards and so much commotion within the corridors maybe the new hospital will take this into account and make it more spacious and well signposted
